Dr. Genevieve Kumapley

is a Serial Entrepreneur with tremendous experience as a Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer, Speaker with John Maxwell Team . She is the Founder and the Executive Director of MyGOAL, a 501 C(3) non-Profit Autism organization in the United States that helps families with limited economic resources access therapies, programs and information about autism spectrum disorders. She is also the Founder of Haven International, the global organization that trains teachers and other professionals to provide special education services in Ghana Africa.
Dr. Kumapley received her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with Honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Kumapley is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist and practices at a Hospital in Central New Jersey. She is an Adjunct Clinical Professor with Rutgers University Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. She serves on several boards including her role as Founding Vice President of Touch Link and as a Professional Advisory Board member of the Sister’s Network of Central New Jersey. She is currently a Fellow of the Prudential Foundation Non-Profit Executive Program with the Rutgers’ University Institute of Ethical Leadership. She has completed a Mini-MBA in Strategic HealthCare Management Program with Rutgers University School of Business.
Dr. Kumapley is a Minister and leads several groups at RCCG Agape House of Worship in New Jersey. She has received awards for her leadership and service from several organizations including the 2013 Role Model Award from the Roselle Branch of the NAACP. She is an author of 2 books; 7 Principles to Developing and Maintaining Your Passion, & co-author of the book anthology, Network to Increase your Networth and her chapter is titled, No Passion, No Gain. She has been featured in several TV and Radio Networks including ABC ,NJN. GTV. She is happily married to Robert and they have 3 children, Sena, Nicholas and Delali.
Mr. Robert Kumapley

Mr. Robert Kumapley is an entrepreneur, a licensed Professional Civil Engineer, and a certified environmental design engineer with over 2 decades of experience in engineering practice and business start-up and management from vision and concept stages through planning, budgeting, execution.
Mr. Kumapley is a partner or shareholder in several successful companies he co-founded from start up through production and operation in the United States and Africa. Some of the major for-profit companies include; Capital Street Group, a global private equity firm based in NJ in the United States of America (USA); LAVEROFF Farms Limited, an aquaculture company based in Ghana, West Africa; Fish Hub, a sea food marketing company in Ghana West Africa; and Senidel LLC a company that provides strategic, organizational, operational consulting and coaching services based in New Jersey, USA. He co-founded, a non-profit organization MYGOAL, Inc, that provide support services for families affected by Autism in underserved areas and minority communities based in New Jersey, USA.
Mr. Kumapley serves on several boards and including The Industrial Advisory Board of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of Rutgers University, New Jersey, and MYGOAL, Inc. (a non-profit organization). He also serves as Board Chairman for RCCG Agape House of Worship, Board of Trustees, Roselle, NJ, USA and Laveroff Farms, Ghana, West Africa.
Mr. Kumapley has a Master of Science Civil Engineering Degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, USA, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana. In 2007, Mr. Kumapley was awarded The James G. Hellmuth Unit Citation by the Executive Director of the Port Authority of NY & NJ (PANYNJ) for the outstanding delivery of the Bayonne Bridge – New Jersey Abutment Rehabilitation Project. In February 2009, Mr. Kumapley was presented with the Gold Star Award by the Office of the Chief Engineer of The PANYNJ in recognition of his outstanding efforts in going above and beyond the call of duty on several high profile projects.
Mr. Kumapley was featured on GTV, Ghana’s national TV and Radio network for an innovation in the aquaculture industry involves the reuse of waste plastic bottles for the manufacture of float cages for the production of tilapia on the Volta Lake that resulted in over 60% saving in competing cage construction costs and significant landfill space saving.
Mr. Kumapley is married to Dr. Genevieve Kumapley, and he the proud father of Sena, Nicholas, and Delali.
